WOOD PLAY AREA
With a theme of "People, Trees and Enriching Times," kiond is a hands-on experiential facility that conveys the joy of seeing, touching, learning about, and enjoying genuine wood and the forest. While utilizing wood and trees to help contemplate the “new normal” of an environmentally-friendly and recycling-oriented society, the facility helps nurture a generous spirit and provides a meaningful time. There are lots of woodland activities and many workshops to satisfy the intellectual curiosity of adults, as well as woodcrafting conducted by woodworkers, foresters, and artists with a deep experience of wood. The facility also has a children's park with lots of fragrant wood, where they can play freely while nurturing their sensibilities and creativity. It offers a new forms of learning where everyone from children to adults can learn while having fun through its concept of “Wood Play.”
