Rentals are easy. Just download the app and access one from an unstaffed port. It's a great way to get around the facility, and you can pick up and return the mobility scooters from any mobility port on the VISON property."

*Conditions for using mobility scooters*
Qualifications : Driver's license holders in good health. Weight : 90 kg or less. Height : 122 cm or more.

*This mobility service requires a regular driver's license and is not available to those who do not have a driver's license. Be sure to have your driver's license with you.
*If a group representative rents multiple mobility scooters, the same number of licenses as the number of scooters must be on hand.
*In the unlikely event that an unlicensed driver is found to be using a scooter, both the driver and the representative will be punished according to the law.
1. The statutory penalty for driving without a license: Imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine of not more than ¥500,000 (Article 117-2-2 of the Road Traffic Law).
2. With regard to unlicensed driving, the same statutory penalties as those for unlicensed drivers are stipulated for those who sanction or condone unlicensed driving, those who fraudulently obtain a license, and those who unlawfully provide a vehicle (Article 117-2-2 of the Road Traffic Law).

*Only one person per mobility scooter. Riding double with children is not allowed.
*Be sure to focus while riding, and don’t talk on your mobile phone or do other distracting things.
*Drinking and driving is prohibited by law.
*Please drive safely and in accordance with traffic laws.

*Fines apply for all of the following:
・When returned to a port other than the one specified: 50,000 yen
・If the scooter is damaged: 150,000 yen
・If an accident occurs, but you don't report it to us, and the police or a third party report it at a later date: 50,000 yen
