"Since its establishment in 1910, this brewery has continued to produce traditional mirin cooking sake in Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture, also known as the Home of Mirin. The only ingredients are glutinous rice from designated Japanese production areas, rice koji, and homemade rice shochu. The Mirin VIRIN de ISE brewery has inherited Mikawa's traditional manufacturing methods, and prepares mirin cooking sake using rice produced in Taki Town.
Visitors can view how it is made, from preparation through maturation to the finished product. The shop sells mirin cooking sake and rice shochu spirits. Come try the flavor born of the rich nature and changing seasons of Ise."
