VISON Beautiful Village in TAKI

Isewa is a local Matsusaka-based wholesaler of dried bonito that receives orders from Michelin starred chefs and luxury hotels. This is its first retail store with a dine-in area. It sells professional-grade dried bonito, freshly bottled dashi bonito stock, and a variety of dashi seasonings and products that show off the skills of the chefs. In the store, you can sample dashi-based cuisine from the recipes of “customer chefs.” They also sell new style of Japanese sweet showcasing dashi that is available for takeout.
