Some of the storehouse’s many displays include pictures of the history of Ise Soy Sauce, the Delightful Rolling Soybeans, and the Wonders of Fermentation. The shop sells seasoning, food, and even sweets made with Ise soy sauce. They have also recently added a “Delicious Medicinal Cuisine” section. Of course their gift corner has lots to offer. It’s a storehouse replete with soy sauce themed entertainment that you can enjoy with your eyes and palate as you make your way around the central kitchen.
