The Jinsho-maru is the only bottom trawler in Mie Prefecture. It catches deep sea fish and shrimp from depths of around 130 to 450 meters. High-grade splendid alfonsino and rosy seabass are also deep-sea fish. Jinsho-maru No. 18 specializes in selling such deep-sea fish, along with other varieties. The restaurant features the deep-sea fish caught by the Jinsho-maru. It offers special fare like delicious dishes made with deep-sea fish and shrimp that are usually only found in the region where harvested.
