Under the supervision of Michelin star chef Ryuji Teshima and utilizing an array of ingredients from farmers, fishermen, and livestock producers, Marché VISON is working hard to reduce food waste by using fresh food that won’t sell because of irregularities in appearance, or that can’t be distributed because they don’t meet certain regulations. Its aim in taking this first step is to help create a sustainable society for all. With vegetable soup that showcases the ingredients, Toba oysters and fish caught locally and in other regions, seasonal fruit shakes, and fair trade coffee, Marché VISON would be glad if you stop by, and in doing so, take a moment to consider the future of the planet."
