Founded in 1871, this is Tsukiji Uogashi Okume’s first store in the Tokai region. Selling the world's first made-to-order packs of dashi bonito stock (patent pending), at the in-store processing area, customers choose from 24 different types of ingredients, which are then blended, ground, packed, and labeled with the customers’ names on the spot. The result is a one-of-a-kind dashi pack for the family. They also sell additive-free food products carefully selected from all over Japan. At the restaurant, you can enjoy Japanese set meals and local sours made with additive-free ingredients and condiments in the store or on the terrace.
