NOUNIYELL is a farm and restaurant run in cooperation with Kewpie Corporation with a concept of “rooting for the future of farming.” It features a sustainable organic farm under the supervision of Shinpei Murakami, former chairman of the Ainou Foundation, and a restaurant supervised by Masayuki Okuda, a chef famous for Italian food and locally produced fare where you can dine on Italian cuisine. Made with fresh vegetables picked daily from its farm, the Italian cuisine there supports the health of mind and body.
